POLICIES, SHIPPING, & QUESTIONS

    *Auction Policies - Payment is required within 24hrs of winning an auction. Failure to pay may result in suspension of auction account. This is for the protection of other bidders. 

    *Responds to emails within 24hrs.

    Processing time/Shipping. We know how exciting a new purchase can be and try our very best to ship all items out as soon as we can. 

    That being said, we like to be 100% transparent so that we set correct expectations.  

    Honey Bee Mine is ran by a single person, although I do have my husband Damon who answers emails and comments. Haha.

    Besides that, I am in charge of all other aspects of the business while also homeschooling our son. (I say that as it does take up a lot of time which does impact the time spent working). 

    All items (Besides auction items) are made to order. This means items are not made until an order is placed. 

    We like to say that orders are shipped between 2-10 business days after an order is placed.

    When things are slow, items can go out within 1-3 business days. Most of the time though, items go out between 5-7. During high traffic times such as holidays or if a surge of orders come in at anytime, it can be closer to 8-10.

    I will always prioritize quality over quantity and make sure that all items are exactly as they should be before sending them out.  

    I know waiting can be frustrating, but I can only hope for your patience and understanding, and tell you how much I appreciate the support! 

    Tracking numbers are sent out to the email on file once the item has shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping times, please email us at Honeybeemineco@gmail.com.

    *Returns and exchanges. Items may be exchanged/returned minus the shipping cost ($8) which will be deducted from the total purchase amount. To avoid this extra shipping charge, we highly recommend visiting our size chart on the website (located in the side tabs), or reach out to us via email if you have any questions. honeybeemineco@gmail.com

    If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your item and we will provide a replacement. We will ask for a photo of the item if damaged.

    *Please keep in mind that once an order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands. Any issues or delays that may arise going forward needs to be handled through USPS. Please feel free to send us an email though if you need additional assistance or advice.

    The one thing I don't allow is reselling prints/posts, altering prints/posts, repainting & selling the repainted art, claiming art as your own, and things of that nature. I just ask for respect and understanding when it comes to the artwork that I paint and share. 🙏
