SHIPPING AND RETURNS

    *Remember this is a small business owned and operated by one individual. All items are handmade and made after the order is placed. Due to this, orders are shipped between 2-10 business days (up to 15 business days during the holiday seasons), this does not include weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers are sent out to the email on file prior to when the items are shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping times, please email us at Honeybeemineco@gmail.com. Please refrain from emailing for a tracking update until after the 10 business days. 

    *Returns and exchanges. All sales are final. Please refer to the size chart on the website or reach out to us via email if you are unsure as to what size to get. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your item and we will provide a replacement. Please be aware that this is a small business, and items are handmade, and made to order. Due to this, your item will ship within 2-10 business days.

    *Please keep in mind that once an order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands. Any issues or delays that may arise going forward needs to be handled through your local USPS. Please feel free to send us an email though if you need additional assistance or advice.
