    Processing time. *Remember this is a small business owned and operated by one individual. All items are handmade and made to order. Due to the number of orders received, orders are shipped between 4-10 business days (up to 15 business days during the holiday seasons), this does not include weekends or holidays.

    Tracking numbers are sent out to the email on file once the item has shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping times, please email us at Honeybeemineco@gmail.com.

    *Returns and exchanges. Items may be exchanged/returned minus the shipping cost ($8) which will be deducted from the total purchase amount. To avoid this extra shipping charge, we highly recommend visiting our size chart on the website (located in the side tabs), or reach out to us via email if you have any questions. honeybeemineco@gmail.com

    If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your item and we will provide a replacement.

    *Please keep in mind that once an order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands. Any issues or delays that may arise going forward needs to be handled through USPS. Please feel free to send us an email though if you need additional assistance or advice.
