*Remember this is a small business owned and operated by one individual. All items are handmade and made after the order is placed. Due to this, orders are shipped between 4-10 business days (up to 15 business days during the holiday seasons), this does not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking numbers are sent out to the email on file once the item has shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping times, please email us at Honeybeemineco@gmail.com.
*Returns and exchanges. Items may be exchanged/returned. We will require shipping to be paid to cover the return and reshipment of the new item which will be $12. To avoid this, we highly recommend visiting our size chart on the website (located in the side tabs), or reach out to us via email if you have any questions. honeybeemineco@gmail.com
If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your item and we will provide a replacement. Please be aware that this is a small business, and items are handmade, and made to order. Due to this, your item will ship within 4-10 business days.
